الحذف من التطبيقDelete through the app
افتح النسخة المثبتة وسجّل الدخول إلى حسابك، ثم افتح «حذف الحساب والبيانات» واتبع خطوات التأكيد. يعرض التطبيق حالة الطلب والموعد المتوقع وإمكانية إلغاء الطلب خلال المهلة المحددة. فتح الصفحة وحده لا ينشئ طلب حذف.Open your installed app and sign in, then open “Delete account and data” and follow the confirmation steps. The app displays the request status, expected date and cancellation option during the stated grace period. Opening this page alone does not submit a deletion request.
إذا تعذر الدخولIf you cannot sign in
أرسل طلب حذف إلى support@ridethesea.app من البريد المرتبط بالحساب. قد يلزم التحقق من ملكية الحساب؛ لا ترسل كلمة المرور. لا يتم حذف الحساب بمجرد الضغط على رابط البريد.Email a deletion request to support@ridethesea.app from your account email address. Account ownership may need to be verified; do not send your password. Clicking the email link does not itself delete an account.
المهلة والبياناتTiming and data
تتيح النسخة المرفقة بالمشروع جدولة الحذف بعد مهلة تراجع قدرها 30 يومًا. يُرجى اعتماد الحالة والموعد المعروضين في حسابك. يشمل الطلب بيانات الحساب والملف والبيانات الشخصية المرتبطة، مع احتمال الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدودة متى وجب ذلك.The supplied app supports scheduling deletion after a 30-day cancellation period. Refer to the status and date displayed in your account. The request covers account, profile and related personal data, with limited records potentially retained where required.
